We support a variety of complementary specialties both alternative
and medical. In addition to chiropractic care, we offer a varied
range of ancillary and support services by referrals. Like all doctors,
we refer patients to the appropriate specialists when necessary.
Medical
 For
cases that are outside of the scope of chiropractic care, co-management
with a physician is very important. Usually certain treatments respond
well while under the care of a physician and a chiropractor. We
have been working with our community physicians for many years,
and will not hesitate to refer you to one of our network physicians
when it is in the best interest of your health.

x-rays and CT scans can be made 7 days a week. There is no waiting
and you can have your x-rays and CT scans done the same day as the
referral. Private MRI’s are also provided for those patients
that require a quicker diagnosis.

Yoga
Yoga increases flexibility and helps in relieving
stress. At Bayside we have a solution for those that are less limber
or recovering from injuries. It is called RESTORATIVE YOGA. It uses
props to open and release the joints gently, bringing more flexibility
to the spine and other areas of the musculoskeletal system. It is
relaxing, rejuvenating, and therapeutic. Our yoga instructor is
trained in Hatha and Anusara Yoga. Restorative yoga alternately
stimulates and relaxes the body to move toward balance. Some poses
have an overall benefit. Others target an individual part, such
as the lungs or heart. All create specific physiological responses
that are beneficial to health and can reduce the effects of stress-related
diseases.
